I love this moment between Danielle and her mother Trish this afternoon. Happy wedding day Danielle and Justin!
Although it was Sunny and 75, Chaz and Sean’s Winter Solstice ceremony had plenty of Christmas flair. It was an intimate affair. A few friends, parents, grandparents and siblings. The people who mean the most in your life. Very sweet and meaningful. I did enjoy being able to meet Chaz and Sean’s family and friends and they made me feel part of their family. That is a wonderful feeling. Please enjoy their Panama City Wedding photography sneak peek and have yourself a Merry Christmas and and Happy New Year!
We split Kelsey’s Fort Walton Beach senior portrait photography session into two different days since it was raining the first day and we could not do any location photos. In our first session at the Red Dog Studio, we got to play and create a fun image with her daughter Chloe. Kind of a mom/student bringing home the bacon 50’s style. Chloe played along like a champ and gave me such great grins. Love that! When the weather cleared, we were able to go out to the amazing Eden Gardens in South Walton County. You can photograph there every day for months and not find every beautiful nook and cranny to photograph. Please enjoy Kelsey’s senior pictures!
Chris and Jenn are an adorable couple with super amazing families. In the last year since being a second shooter at their wedding we have hit it off and become friends. We also discovered many similarities including that both Chris and I were adopted. And that they were in the process of adopting Jenn’s niece Lexi. Which would mean they have a daughter Lexi…and so do I. The similarities continued on and on. So when the final hearing date came up and they needed a photographer, I knew I would not be doing any Destin wedding photography that day. I was headed east for some New Orleans family photography! Congratulations to Lexi for having a Forever Day!! I hope it is a day you’ll remember forever, I know mine was.
In the middle of paradise, there is a place called South Walton. It’s a magical place where the Spanish moss swings from the live oaks and families come to have the white in white Christmas be the squeaky white wonderful sand of our Emerald Coast. Nestled in South Walton is Eden Gardens State Park. This is where we photographed Katelyn and Chase’s engagement session. You see engagement photography at Eden Gardens is amazing. The light, the vast acres and all of the nooks and crannies that welcome beautiful moments. South Walton Weddings as a whole are something that couples from all around the world seek. There is just no place like our area anywhere else in the world! No wonder it’s one of the top destination wedding locations.
