Jen and Tyler’s Emerald Grande Wedding~ 10.3.09

Jennifer and Tyler are one of those couples that you can immediately see sharing a lifetime together. I can’t really explain it, but they just have that soulmate mojo working for them. Anyway, I like it! So, their wedding story is pretty interesting. They had their wedding at the ever fantastic Emerald Grande at the exact same time as the Destin Seafood Festival made the return to the harbor. Yes, a venue with very little parking to begin with was hosting an event predicted to bring in tens of thousands of people. But the hotel was prepared and the wedding went off without a hitch! Whoot whoot! They said their vows amid some georgous arrangements by Celestines as random flocks of seagulls passed over.  The couple got married on Norriega Point to cheers of boaters and spectators and then the reception was on the Captain’s Deck, a nice airy area. As couples danced to the music provided by American DJ Zoran, the fireworks lit up the night sky giving everyone a reason to kiss.  And thus ended another perfect wedding day on the Emerald Coast!Emerald Grande Wedding

Anne and Scott’s St. George Island Reception

Although Anne and Scott got married on the island of Seychelles, they chose St. George Island to do their reception with family and friends. Amy from Bayside Gallery and Florists was the event coordinator and the festivities went off without a hitch as usual!! I love working with Amy. She is so laid back in person, but gets the work done and puts on a flawless event!! She must be doing a great job, she was just voted the best of by the Knot in her area!! Whoot Whoot Amy!

Now back to Anne and Scott, what can I say? Anne’s wedding dress was unbelievable! The intricate designs in the fabric combined with such wonderful crystals and pearls was a girls dream dress for sure! And Scott looked every bit the part of a debonair James Bond in his tuxedo. Together they made a fun couple. Despite Scott’s fondness for licking her…LOL

The night ended with crazy beach races and sparklers. It was a great time for all.

Oh yes, you still have to have either a four or two legged animal….sorry 🙁

Fancy Bagelsocks - October 4, 2009 - 12:32 pm

So we do not have to have an animal in our frame? Good….I have chased our cat all over the house and he is not cooperative. He would not look through the chair, sit in his bed or even use the litter bos. Thanks for helping me. LOL

Working with the community and having a blast!

I had the fun opportunity last week to photograph the first ever Compass for your Cause Program here in Fort Walton Beach. If you have not heard of the program it’s the bomb! Here is a little bit about the program and the event!

So, what she is saying is that 93 area people may be saved by this lifegiving blood, and the folks that donated were treated to a live broadcast by Z-96 radio personality Gilliagan and fun was had by all!!compass
